What We’re Looking For? Experience in a Care Home setting (desirable) A caring, calm and compassionate nature Emotional resilience and a steady head in challenging situations A genuine interest in helping others live full, dignified lives Great communication skills (both written & verbal) A positive team-focused attitude What hours will you work? Working for us gives you more time for you with a 7 out of 14 day working pattern. Shift times: 08:00 - 19:15 Total average of 42 hours worked per week, including every other weekend. What will you be doing? Plan, organise and coordinate activities for residents according to their needs, interests and abilities Supporting our residents and encouraging them to partake in activities Keeping appropriate records of activities and assessment forms Liaising with external companies and performers from the local community to organise days out/events at the home Working within agreed activities budget Why Choose Cornerstone?
