Service Co-ordinator and Spare Parts AdministratorJob Description Schedule and coordinate service engineer visits for installations and repairs Manage the assessment/quotation/repair process to ensure that systems are dealt with in a timely manner Monitoring and routing email queries to ensure that they are dealt with in a timely manner Act as the central point of contact for service requests and customer queries Maintain accurate service logs, customer histories, and job progress reports. Track and maintain inventory of high-value and time-sensitive components. Liaise with global suppliers and internal teams for procurement and logistics. Service Co-ordinator and Spare Parts AdministratorEssential Experience/Skills/Qualifications Background in Manufacturing Prior experience in a technical support, service coordination, or spare parts/logistics role preferably in a manufacturing equipment industry.
