Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and personable Waiter/Waitress to join our vibrant dining team. In this role, you will be the friendly face that welcomes guests, takes orders, and ensures an exceptional dining experience from start to finish. Responsibilities
* Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their visit
* Take accurate food and beverage orders using Epos system
* Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities
* Serve food and drinks promptly while adhering to food safety and sanitation standards
* Clear tables efficiently, bus tables as needed, and assist with basic food handling and preparation tasks when required
* Manage cash handling responsibilities accurately, including cashiering and basic math calculations
* Maintain a clean, organized work area in compliance with sanitation regulations and food industry standards, including all general front floor cleaning duties
Qualifications
* Previous restaurant or food service experience preferred in fine dining
* Familiarity with POS systems
* Strong customer service skills with a friendly, outgoing demeanor
* Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy hours
* Knowledge of food safety protocols, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures
* Ability to perform basic math for billing and cash handling purposes
* Experience in serving, bussing, or host/hostess roles is a plus but not required
* Basic kitchen experience or culinary knowledge can be beneficial for supporting food preparation tasks
