Job Title: Post Completions Assistant
Salary: £23,000 - £25,000
Location: Sheffield, South Yorkshire
Contract: Full time, permanent
A well-established and respected law firm in Sheffield is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Post Completion Assistant / Conveyancing Administrator to join its busy Residential Property team.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in conveyancing administration or post-completion work, looking to join a friendly, supportive, and forward-thinking legal practice.
Key Responsibilities:

Handling the post-completion process for residential property transactions
*
Submitting and managing applications through the Land Registry portal
*
Managing Stamp Duty Land Tax (SDLT) submissions via the HMRC portal
*
Liaising with clients, solicitors, lenders, and third parties regarding post-completion matters
*
Ensuring all post-completion deadlines are met and files are closed promptly
*
Accurately maintaining case management systems and records
*
Assisting fee earners and the wider conveyancing team as required
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

Previous experience in a post-completion or conveyancing admin role (preferred)
*
Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
*
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
*
Proficiency in using case management systems and Microsoft Office
*
The ability to work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
