We are supporting a reputable vehicle service centre in Great Dunmow, Essex, in their search for a skilled Vehicle Technician. Duties of the Vehicle Technician role:
7. Conduct mechanical and electrical repairs on a variety of vehicles
8. Diagnose defects and determine necessary repairs
9. Complete servicing and maintenance in accordance with manufacturer guidelines
10. Maintain detailed records of work carried out
11. Work efficiently to meet workshop productivity targets
12. Ensure high standards of quality and customer care at all times
Candidate profile for the Vehicle Technician position:
13. Proven experience as a Vehicle Technician or MOT Tester
14. Relevant qualifications, such as NVQ Level 3 or equivalent
15. Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
16. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
17. Commitment to quality workmanship and customer service
18. Full valid driving licence
