An exciting opportunity has arisen for a practitioner psychologist working with Llamau as a third sector partner, to deliver the psychology provision of ‘My Way Home’ project for young people who are experiencing homelessness. This is the final year of a 5-year National Lottery funded project, which aims to end youth homelessness. The purpose of the project is to deliver an innovative trauma and psychologically informed model of care to the most vulnerable young people in our community. The project aims to effect system change around youth homelessness, making it a rare event and when it does happen making it brief and non-recurrent. The post holder will have responsibility to work with Llamau’s psychology team to develop and implement a trauma and psychologically informed service for young people experiencing homelessness. Interview dates: 17th and 30th April. Applicants must be available on the above dates for interviewing.
