Experimental Perfume Club has an exciting opportunity to join its team in one of the most dynamic and visible roles within the brand. We are a creative fragrance house built around experiential and fully personalised niche perfumery, with a strong artistic identity. We are now looking for an Experiences and Partnerships Lead to become one of the principal faces of Experimental Perfume Club.
This role blends brand ambassadorship, event management and execution, partnerships, retail hosting, and commercial support. It suits someone polished, confident, warm, energetic, and entrepreneurial who enjoys performing, teaching, connecting, negotiating, and representing a luxury creative brand.
It also requires high stamina, as you will regularly host events, stand for long periods, move between tasks, and maintain a high level of presence and hospitality across the week.
About the Role
You will bring EPC’s experiential world to life through exceptional in-store experiences, beautifully delivered events, creative brand partnerships, and confident brand representation in London and abroad.
On days without events, you will be present on the retail floor as a retail lead, elevating the customer journey and maintaining EPC’s high standards of hosting and education.
You may also travel occasionally for international experiences, collaborations, or trade shows, representing EPC with confidence and polish.
You will support the communication of these experiences across social media working with the founder and team to share EPC’s universe through content.
The Tuesday to Saturday working pattern reflects EPC’s experiential rhythm.
Key Responsibilities
* In-store experiences and retail leadership
* Act as retail lead on non-event days, ensuring an elevated, hosting-centred customer journey
* Host EPC’s blending experiences in small and large groups with confidence, warmth, and clarity
* Teach customers about EPC’s perfume concept with a training manager’s level of expertise and delivery
* Support the boutique team with coaching and refinement in client service and brand education
* Maintain a polished, inspiring shop environment aligned with EPC’s creative identity
2.Events
* Plan, organise, and execute EPC events in-store and externally
* Host press events, masterclasses, private groups, corporate bookings, collaborations, and seasonal activities
* Manage event logistics, timelines, suppliers, budgets, and customer experience
* Ensure each event matches EPC’s aesthetic, experiential, and emotional standards
3.Partnerships and collaborations
* Identify and secure potential brand partners across culture, hospitality, beauty, fashion, and design
* Negotiate collaboration fees, event rates, and commercial terms
* Represent EPC with external partners, VIP clients, influencers, and press
* Liaise with selected local influencers and creators for events, one-to-one experiences, and brand moments, ensuring alignment with EPC’s image and values
* Travel occasionally for key experiences or partner activations when required
4.Brand representation and trade shows
* Be a polished, articulate, warm brand ambassador
* Present EPC’s concept confidently at trade shows, industry events, and workshops
* Host EPC blending experiences for international partners or clients
* Build and maintain relationships with a curated network of local influencers, creatives, and tastemakers
* Maintain strong professional relationships through thoughtful follow-up communication
5.Social media and communication support
* Support or lead the creation of content around events and experiences
* Be comfortable appearing on camera when needed
* Support influencer hosting and content moments around events, launches, and in-store experiences
* Work with the founder and marketing team to communicate EPC’s experiential world across our social media platforms
6.Commercial and organisational responsibilities
* Manage budgets and track event performance
* Assist in developing commercial proposals for collaborations and partnerships
* Support retail and event revenue targets
* Maintain operational smoothness between events, retail, and partnerships
Who you are
* Genuine interest in perfumery, beauty, or the sensory world is essential
* Polished, warm, confident, and articulate
* High stamina and able to sustain the physical and energetic demands of regular events and experiential retail
* Comfortable hosting, performing, or presenting to groups
* Experienced in luxury hospitality, events, PR, training, or brand ambassador roles
* Commercially minded and comfortable negotiating
* Entrepreneurial, proactive, organised, and dependable
* Possess a training manager mindset and delivery style
* Passionate about fragrance, creativity, and customer experience
* Comfortable engaging with influencers, creatives, and press in a natural, brand-aligned way
* Holds a full driving licence and is comfortable travelling for off-site events
* Thrives in a founder-led, creative, fast-paced environment
Experienced required
3+ years in any combination of the following:
* Keen interest for perfumery, beauty or luxury
* Luxury hospitality or guest relations
* Events or experiential marketing
* PR or brand ambassador roles
* Training manager or education roles in beauty or luxury
* Retail management in a high-touch environment
* Strong hosting, presenting, or training experience
* Social media fluency and confidence on camera
