Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Document Controller located in Denby Dale. The Document Controller will be responsible for managing and maintaining all project documentation, ensuring documents are correctly stored and easily accessible. The role includes preparing and managing documentation transmittals, maintaining document control logs, and facilitating the distribution of documents to the required stakeholders. Additionally, the Document Controller will ensure compliance with company and industry standards, review and process incoming and outgoing documents, and support the project team with document-related tasks.
Qualifications
* Document management, archiving, and record-keeping skills
* Familiarity with document control software and systems
* Attention to detail and ability to ensure accuracy
* Excellent organizational and time-management skills
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Experience in a construction or fabrication environment is a plus
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Management, or a related field
