Are you an outstanding, creative classroom teacher? Do you want to develop your career in a thriving and innovative school, working with students who have complex needs?
We are a national charity looking for an ambitious and inspirational Class Teacher with a passion for students’ learning.

You will join the amazing team at MacIntyre School in Wingrave, a vibrant and diverse 41-week residential/day school with superb facilities and resources. Set in a leafy village in rural Buckinghamshire, we support children and young people aged 10-19 who have severe learning disabilities. Most have additional diagnoses including autism, ADHD and epilepsy, experiencing significant sensory processing and communication and language difficulties, often presenting with challenging behaviours.

“Staff are proud to work at the school and enjoy being part of the team.”
“Pupils relish their time at MacIntyre School because it makes a positive and pivotal difference to their lives.”
“The supportive relationships that staff build with them means that, before they know it, they are flourishing. Pupils become confident and independent learners who feel loved and respected. They look forward to fulfilling their ambitions and aspirations with renewed hope and vigour.”
