This is a busy kitchen tho, so there isn’t any time for pretty pictures on plates or over technical dishes, the food served is cleverly planned and created to maximise flavours without being over complicated Chef de Partie is required to work alongside the Head Chef and the team assisting with the daily prep and cooking during service.
