Key Duties
Developing and delivering lesson plans tailored to students of all SEN needs.
Behaviour Support: Support positive behaviour management strategies, fostering a safe and respectful learning environment.
Personalised Learning: Work collaboratively with other SEN Teacher staff and SENCO to implement EHCPs and monitor student progress.
Communication: Maintain open and effective communication with fellow SEN Teacher staff, parents, and external professionals regarding student progress and support needs.
Requirements
Experience working with children or young people in an educational setting
Understanding of diverse learning needs and strategies to support student learning
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children
