Responsibilities:
Providing classroom-based support to teachers across Key Stages 3 and 4
Working one-to-one or in small groups with students who require additional support
Assisting in the preparation of learning materials and classroom resources
Supporting pupils with special educational needs (SEN)
Helping maintain a calm, safe and productive classroom environment
Encouraging pupil engagement and promoting positive behaviours
Supporting pastoral care

Requirements:
Previous experience in a school or child-based role (desirable)
A patient, empathetic and proactive approach to working with young people
