The person we hire needs to be comfortable picking up the phone, following up on warm leads and actively engaging customers and not just responding to inbound queries. At the same time, they need solid digital marketing skills to support campaigns, manage content and work with CRM and email tools.

Job Description:
Customer Engagement and Follow-up:
* Proactively follow up digital leads via email, phone and video calls
* Reach out to customers after online interactions, downloads or campaigns
* Build structured relationships across different professional segments
* Understand customer needs and guide them through their decision-making journey
* Provide aftercare and maintain ongoing engagement
* Collaborate with Sales to ensure smooth handovers where appropriate
* Build trust and long-term relationships without hard-selling
Social Media, CRM and Digital platforms:
* Create and manage targeted social media content in collaboration with marketing
* Contribute to email campaigns and customer communication flows
* Maintain and update CRM records accurately
* Work with marketing automation tools to support customer journeys
* Manage and optimise website and e-commerce content (including product pages and visuals)
* Support landing pages and conversion pathways
* Monitor customer interactions and visitor behaviour
* Provide feedback and improvement ideas to marketing and development teams
Content and Segment Communication:
* Develop communication tailored to different professional target groups
* Write engaging, conversion-focused content for social media, email and website
* Turn customer conversations and questions into content opportunities and insights
Reporting and Insights:
* Support monthly reporting on digital performance and engagement
* Track follow-up activity and customer response
* Translate insights into practical improvement actions with your team
Your profile:
* Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Marketing, Communication or Digital Media
* 3 - 5 years of experience in Sales and Marketing
* Experience of outbound calling / Market Research is an asset
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Confident speaking with customers by phone and video
* Digitally savvy and comfortable working with CRM systems
* Commercially aware with an interest in customer behaviour
* Structured, organised and proactive
* Curious mindset and willing to take initiative
* Able to balance digital tools with genuine relationship-building
