The Role
We’re looking for an experienced and driven Sales Person to help us grow into new foodservice sectors, within and beyond schools. You'll play a pivotal role in building relationships with decision-makers at councils, large school caterers, and family-focused venues such as restaurant chains, theme parks, tourist attractions, zoos, and leisure operators.
This is a high-impact role for someone who can open doors, win trust, and close deals with buyers who care about health, “doing the right thing” and product quality.
Key Responsibilities
* Identify and engage potential B2B foodservice partners (e.g. family restaurants, contract caterers, leisure groups)
* Build and nurture strong relationships with key decision-makers
* Present the Eat Balanced story and product range with passion and clarity
* Develop and execute sales strategies to meet ambitious growth targets
* Collaborate with our founder and marketing team to tailor messaging and campaigns
* Represent Eat Balanced at trade shows, events, and customer meetings
* Gather feedback from the market to help shape future product development
What We’re Looking For
* Proven track record in B2B foodservice sales (ideally 3+ years)
* Experience selling into family-friendly venues or contract catering a plus
* Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
* A self-starter who thrives on ownership, results, and purpose
* Passionate about healthier food and positive change
* UK-based with flexibility to travel for meetings and events
