The Role
Working as part of a small, experienced estate team, you will carry out a broad range of agricultural and estate duties.
Responsibilities include:

Rolling, cultivating, and power harrowing
*
Hedge cutting using rear flail-mounted hedge cutters
*
Woodchip handling and low-loader towing
*
Operating modern tractors and telehandlers
*
Fitting, removing, and changing attachments and implements as required
What You’ll Need
Essential:
*
Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar agricultural or estate role
*
Experience operating modern tractors
*
Experience with rear flail-mounted hedge cutters
*
Confident fitting and removing implements
*
Experience using a variety of attachments and trailers
*
Ability to reverse trailers into tight spaces
*
Confident changing PTO shafts (540 / 1000)
*
Telehandler ticket (LANTRA or NPORS)
*
Experience changing buckets, brushes, and tines
*
Good communication skills
*
Full UK driving licence and own transport
Desirable:
*
Forestry or countryside experience
You must be physically fit, adaptable, and comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions.
Working Pattern

Full-time, permanent position
*
Minimum 39 hours per week
*
Daytime hours
*
Overtime available, including weekends
Package
*
£30,000 – £36,000 per annum, dependent on experience
*
Annual salary review
*
28 days annual leave, inclusive of bank holidays
