Role: Delivery and Engagement Analyst
Contract: Permanent
Location: Nottingham - 5 days per week

Key Responsibilities
* Serve as the primary contact for all assigned engagement requests, taking full ownership.
* Facilitate discussions with Technology stakeholders to elicit customer requirements.
* Document customer engagement meetings and assess work required, including outlining approach and cost for solution delivery.
* Monitor progress of assigned requests to ensure customer expectations are met within target timelines.
* Collaborate with the Portfolio Management Office to produce management information reports and support key project delivery activities.
* Ensure project compliance throughout the delivery lifecycle by working closely with partners.
What you'll need to have (our must-haves)
* Proactive self-starter with the ability to drive actions to conclusion.
* Strong communication skills (both written and verbal) for clear and concise information sharing.
* Ability to build strong relationships and facilitate discussions across multiple stakeholder groups.
* Good listening skills with the ability to assimilate information from various sources for clarification and analysis of customer requests.
It would be great if you also have
* Knowledge of the project delivery lifecycle (beneficial but not mandatory).
* A passion for technology and a desire to learn and grow within the field.
