We are looking to recruit an enthusiastic, self‑motivated person with excellent interpersonal skills and an organized approach to take on the role of Health Record Services Supervisor. The successful candidate will be expected to manage and co‑ordinate team members, allocate workload, monitor progress and proactively solve non‑routine problems thus ensuring the provision of an efficient and adaptable Health Records Service.
We are looking for someone who has excellent communication skills, is enthusiastic and who is able to demonstrate an ongoing willingness to develop their people management skills to ensure organisational values are met.
Applicants should have previous leadership in Health Records with a demonstrable knowledge of a range of records functions. They should also be working towards achieving a qualification in records management, preferably the IHRIM Certificate or Diploma.
The duties of this post require the successful candidate to complete a Level 2 Disclosure Scotland check.

As from 1/4/26, the Agenda for Change full‑time working week will be reducing from 37 to 36 hours per week. Part‑time hours will be reduced pro‑rata. However, there will be a corresponding increase in the hourly rate so that pay will not be affected.
