Customer Service Administrator Lye Temp to Perm Monday to Thursday (occasionally required to work Fridays) 40 hours per week £12.21 per hour (salary will be reviewed after the temporary period) We are currently seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Customer Service Administrator to join our client in Lye. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about delivering excellent customer service and is looking for a long-term role with the potential to become permanent. Job duties: Respond promptly and professionally to customer enquiries via telephone and email Accurately input customer orders into the internal system Keep customers informed on the status of their orders Provide customers with proof of delivery when required Carry out general administrative tasks to support the wider team Personal specification: Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role is desirable, but not essential Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy in data entry Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable using computer systems Ability to manage time effectively and prioritise tasks What happens after you apply for this role?
