About The Role:
The Crowd are working with a highly desirable international architecture practice based in Central London, they’re responsible for innovative, multi-disciplinary projects on a global scale. They are looking for an experienced Bid Coordinator to join their successful team.
As the Bid Coordinator you will be responsible for putting together winning proposals, building an exceptional content library, providing support to the bids and marketing teams, upholding the companies brand ensuring each bid submitted is in line with their excellent standards. As well as this, you will help seek new opportunities through thorough market research and the companies database.
This opportunity provides you with a platform to grow personally and professionally within a creative and collaborative architectural design space. This role is for someone who wishes to combine graphic design skills and ability to put together winning bid proposals.
Key Responsibilities:
* Preparing excellent bid proposals for clients.
* Supporting project teams to meet deadlines
* Organising marketing materials for winning proposals that meet company standards
* Maintaining a database that includes CVs and case studies
* Sitting with the rest of the bids team to review tender documents
* Assisting with marketing strategies to support project teams
* Working alongside national offices to support with further initiatives
Key Skills/Requirements:
* Strong communication skills
* Excellent organisation skills
* Good social skills when interacting professionally including office leadership skills
* Motivation and drive to help others
* Strong Microsoft office and Adobe Creative Suite skills
* Interest in graphic design
