Hours:4on/4off(Days&Nights6am6pm/6pm6am)
Workinga4on/4offrotatingdaysandnightsshiftpattern,youwillplayakeyroleinensuringplantreliability,minimisingdowntime,andsupportingcontinuousproduction.
KeyResponsibilities
* Carryoutplannedpreventativemaintenance(PPM)andrespondeffectivelytobreakdownstomaximiseplantuptime
* Ensuremachineryisreturnedtooperationquicklyandsafelyfollowingfaults
* Supportlong-termmaintenanceplanningalongsidetheEngineeringTeamManager(ETM)
* Performroutinemaintenanceonboilersandassociatedsystems
* Maintainandmonitorpressuresystems,includingsteam,condensate,andcompressedair
* Ensureallplantissafelyisolatedformaintenance,cleaning,andcontractorwork
* IssueandmanagePermitstoWorkandIsolationCertificatesinlinewithprocedures
* Assistandsupervisecontractorsonsitewhenrequired
* Accuratelyrecordallmaintenanceactivitiesusinginternalsystemsandlogs
* Reportandmanagesparepartsusagetoensureavailabilityforfuturerepairs
* Maintainhighhousekeepingstandardsacrossthesite
* Promotearightfirsttimeapproachtomaintenance,implementinglong-termsolutions
* AdheretoallHealth&Safetylegislation,includingsafesystemsofworkandriskassessments
* EnsurecompliancewithrelevantregulationsincludingElectricityatWorkRegulations,LOLER,ISO14001&ISO50001
* Supportenvironmentalinitiatives,includingspillresponseandprevention
* Assistproductionteamsandcontributetoongoingsiteimprovements
