Key Responsibilities
* Recruitment Strategy & Full-Cycle Management: Design and implement hiring strategies tailored to business needs, focusing on quality, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness. Manage the entire recruitment cycle, from sourcing and interviewing to onboarding talent.
* Leadership & Team Development: Lead, inspire, and mentor a recruitment team, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence. Create a goal-driven environment that motivates team members to exceed expectations.
* Volume Hiring & Industry Expertise: Drive high-volume recruitment campaigns using innovative, scalable techniques. Utilize deep logistics and supply chain knowledge to attract specialized talent.
* Metrics & Employer Branding: Monitor and analyze recruitment performance metrics, providing actionable insights to refine processes. Enhance JD Logistics' employer brand through strategic outreach and engaging events.
Qualifications
* Education: Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related fields; an advanced degree or HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a bonus.
* Experience: 5+ years of recruitment experience, with at least 3 years in Logistics, Warehouse staffing, Manufacturing, or Supply Chain.
* Industry Expertise: In-depth knowledge of the logistics and supply chain landscape.
* Language Skills: Proficiency in Chinese is desirable but not mandatory.
* Recruitment Skills: Proven ability to manage high-volume hiring campaigns and utilize direct sourcing strategies effectively.
* Technology: Strong proficiency with ATS and other recruitment technologies.
* Soft Skills: Exceptional interpersonal and organizational skills, with adaptability to excel in a fast-paced environment.
