About Our Client

Job Description
3. Accurately process and post supplier invoices in a timely manner.
4. Reconcile goods received notes with corresponding purchase invoices.
5. Manage the Accounts Payable inbox to ensure prompt response to queries and document processing.
6. Conduct regular payment runs in accordance with company policies and supplier terms.
7. Resolve supplier queries efficiently and professionally.
8. Process and reconcile transactions.
9. Maintain and reconcile company cashbooks, ensuring all entries are accurate and align with bank activity.
10. Perform regular bank reconciliations to verify the accuracy of financial and accountancy records
11. Assist with setting up new customer accounts within the finance system.
12. Post employee timesheets and generate sales invoices accordingly.
13. Provide support with Accounts Receivable tasks, including invoice follow-up and basic credit control activities
The Successful Applicant
A successful Accounts Assistant will have experience in the above and be on short notice.
