CPL Recruitment is delighted to be working in partnership with our client for a Bid Writer on a permanent full-time basis, based in Co. Derry
Our client:

The role:
With a full copy of the Job Spec available on request, the Bid Writer will:
2. Have full responsibility for bid preparation and writing, coordination and communication, content development and management, compliance and quality assurance, performance analysis and improvement.
3. Analyse tender documents, specifications and requirements to develop a comprehensive understanding of client needs
4. Prepare, structure and write detailed and persuasive proposals, ensuring all bid submissions align with company standards and client specifications
5. Develop tailored responses to prequalification questionnaires (PQQs), invitations to tender (ITTs) and other bid-related documents.
The person:
6. Degree level education with focus on Marketing/Media/Law/Construction/Geography/History/Journalism.
7. 2 years minimum in bid writing along with excellent communication skills; verbal and written, able to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
8. Sound and demonstrable analytical skills with a proven ability in interpreting bid requirements in turn producing high quality responses tailored to exact requirements.
9. Excellent organisational skills and the ability to work to tight deadlines and managing multiple workstreams.
10. IT proficiency including MS Office suite.
11. Current, valid UK driving licence.
