Note: This is a temporary position for approximately 1 year, based on business needs.
Core Responsibilities
* Operate the future key account program related to the largest BrickLink sellers.
* Develop and manage the Community Expert program, including onboarding, role assignments, payments, rewards, etc.
* Resolve complex issues related to marketplace fees, financials, disputes, and compliance.
* Plan and execute integration activities with the Consumer Shopper and Engagement Team, ensuring service quality.
* Serve as the primary contact for tax, legal, fraud, account issues, and bugs.
* Identify and implement marketplace improvements to solve community problems and reduce administrative workload.
* Set goals, monitor relevant data points, and ensure objectives are met.
* Collaborate with internal teams such as Legal, Tax, Finance, Fraud, and Product teams.
* Provide platform training and produce documentation for member services.
* Work with the BrickLink Portal team to incorporate community feedback into platform development.
Team Role
This role is a key interface between business, platform, support, and community engagement, ensuring a well-managed platform that supports legal, compliant, and respectful trading.
Qualifications
* Experience with data-driven decision-making and KPI analysis.
* Knowledge of legal and tax compliance globally.
* Excellent communication skills, comfortable with large audiences.
* Strong collaboration skills across teams and members.
* Experience in conflict resolution and negotiation.
* Understanding of LEGO brand voice and guidelines (preferred).
* Experience with community operations, Jira, Confluence, or similar (preferred).
* Understanding of LEGO seller businesses (preferred).
* Experience in brand relations roles with dedicated members (a plus).
Additional Details
The salary range is $120,400 - $180,700 USD, based on responsibilities, market benchmarks, and other factors. Benefits and detailed remuneration will be discussed upon offer.
