Position Description
The job holder will execute Aftersales initiatives for d.light within a designated region through partnering with appointed vendors and partners. This will involve sourcing, contracting, onboarding, developing capability, and monitoring vendor activity to deliver excellent Customer Experience & Aftersales Services.
The Service Centers will offer after-sales technical support such as customer education, warranty inspection, product replacement, product repair (level 1), stock management, and service tracking through accurate data entry in the d.light atlas system.
Responsibilities
1. Source and vet potential field technicians/vendors/service partners within a designated region as per approved criteria.
2. Assist with d.light contracts sign-off with potential field technicians/partners/vendors.
3. Capability building of signed-off field technicians/partners/vendors to d.light approved curriculum.
4. Provide after-sales training to service center Leads, Technicians, and sales teams.
5. Monitor and track Service Centers performance and audit after-sales activities monthly.
6. Responsible for designated Region Aftersales KPIs such as Repair Speed, Used parts return ratio, Repair Quality, Parts Availability, Customer satisfaction, Partnership Review on Service, Revenue, and Experience metrics.
7. Ensure vendor payments are reconciled and within the approved budget.
Requirements
* A Technical Certification in Computer Science, Maintenance, or Electrical Engineering. A First Degree in these fields is an advantage.
* Minimum of 2-5 years in a busy environment supporting mass segment products (solar energy, home electronics, mobile phones, etc.).
* Superb customer service skills and ability to diagnose and solve technical and non-technical problems.
* Negotiation and monitoring skills for managing third-party vendors.
* Strong mindset for continuous improvement, discretion, and confidentiality.
* Excellent organizational, multi-tasking, and time-management skills.
* Passion for social enterprise and environmental development.
