Corporate Tax Senior Manager – UK wide - Remote / hybrid and part time available

We're seeking a Corporate Tax Compliance Senior Manager to join the compliance and consulting team in one of our international clients. There are opportunities at locations throughout the UK and the roles can be 100% remote or hybrid.
This team is the largest compliance and consulting team in the UK but you will be part of a smaller, local team and have the opportunity to work on advisory projects as well as managed service work in house with clients.

Role Overview: As a Senior Manager, you'll specialise in supporting clients with their Corporate Tax Compliance and Tax Accounting obligations. You'll have the chance to work with a diverse portfolio of clients, ranging from multinationals to smaller mid-tier clients across various industry sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead a team of tax specialists, managing activities such as scoping, engagement planning, data collection, tax accounting, and submission of tax returns.
* Identify opportunities for related services and assist clients in managing their tax risk.
* Maintain a high level of client contact, organising, monitoring, and managing your workload effectively.
* Contribute to the growth and profitability of the team, including budget management and staff development.
* Collaborate with stakeholders and senior client personnel to establish and maintain strong working relationships.

Essential Skills and Experience:
* Strong UK corporate tax skills.
* Preferably hold an accountancy or tax professional qualification (e.g., ACA, ATT, CTA) or demonstrate equivalent knowledge and skills.
* Client service ethos with flexibility to meet client needs.
* Ability to establish and maintain good working relationships with stakeholders and senior client personnel.
* Proven track record in managing and building new business through referrals, networking, and identifying client opportunities.
* Effective delegator and strong coach for junior staff.
