The home is a beautiful small/medium sized facility with residents who have Dementia. A qualified Registered Manager who has prior experience registered with CQC or an experienced Deputy is preferred.

Fully funded, brand-new provider of Children’s Residential Care launching a 3-bed Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (EBD) home in the Manchester area, with a mission to create safe, nurturing, and therapeutic environments for young people.
About the Role
An Exciting Opportunity to establish and lead a children’s home from the ground up. We are looking for either an experienced Registered Manager or a strong Deputy Manager with the Level 5 Diploma (or working towards) ready to step up into their first Registered Manager role.
Responsibilities
* Lead the Ofsted registration process for the new home.
* Oversee setup of the service, including policies, compliance, and recruitment of staff.
* Manage and inspire a new care team, embedding a positive, child-centred culture.
* Ensure the home meets Children’s Homes Regulations and Quality Standards.
* Deliver safe, therapeutic, outcome-focused care for young people.
* Build relations with local authorities, families, and professionals.
* Drive the home to achieve at least a “Good” or “Outstanding” Ofsted rating.
Candidate Profile
* Experienced Registered Managers seeking a fresh challenge.
* Deputy Managers with a proven track record in residential childcare with Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management (or working towards).
