To carry out routine and additional/extended role duties, when trained and assessed as competent, as instructed by and under the supervision of the registered nurse in charge. To contribute to a team approach to patient care in conjunction with nursing colleagues and all members of the multi-disciplinary team, and work in accordance with the Trust values and hospital policies at all times.
