Full Time/Part Time Opportunities (minimum 3 days), Monday to Friday
We are offering an exciting opportunity for registered pharmacists to join Pharmacotherapy teams across Aberdeenshire. The postholders will be integral to providing pharmacotherapy services and promoting quality, cost-effective prescribing of medicines.
The role involves supporting GP practices and community hospitals, managing all aspects of medicines management in line with local and national guidelines.
Applicants may have a community or hospital pharmacy background. Essential skills include good communication, interpersonal skills, and time management. Experience in primary care, medicines management, and audit is advantageous.
Independent Prescriber training support will be provided if not already obtained.
Postholders will work across a wide area, involving onsite work in GP practices and remote work from an agreed base. Work bases and areas will be discussed at interview. A full driving license is essential.
