Senior Associate – Private Client (5+ PQE)-Cheltenham | National Law Firm
£65,000 - £75,000 + Bonus (up to 20%)
Hybrid & Flexible Working- Full Time or Part Time
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Private Client Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive (5+ PQE) to join a growing national law firm as part of its expanding Cheltenham office.
This is a rare opportunity to join a firm that is continuing to invest heavily in the Cheltenham market. Unlike many growth roles, there is no requirement to bring a following or generate work from day one. The team already has a significant pipeline of high-quality instructions and is looking for an ambitious lawyer to help support continued growth.
You'll be joining a supportive and collaborative team in the heart of Cheltenham, working on a broad range of high-value private client matters for high-net-worth individuals, families, business owners and entrepreneurs.
The Opportunity
This role offers exposure to complex and rewarding work, alongside genuine long-term career progression within a well-established national practice.
You will advise on:
* Wills, including complex trust structures
* Estate and succession planning
* Business succession matters
* Trust creation, restructuring and administration
* Probate and estate administration
* Inheritance Tax and wider tax planning
* Lasting Powers of Attorney
* Wealth preservation strategies for high-net-worth clients
You will be responsible for managing your own varied caseload while working closely with colleagues across the wider private wealth team. The role also offers the opportunity to mentor junior team members and contribute to the continued development of the Cheltenham office.
