Temporary Administrator with Reception duties | Based in Lancaster | FT hours | Mon-Fri | Immediate start Your new company I am urgently seeking a professional and adaptable Reception/Admin Assistant to provide short‑term cover at a Public Sector based organisation at their Lancaster site. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong administrative capability and prior reception experience who can quickly step into a busy, customer facing environment. Your new role Reception Duties Answering incoming calls Greeting visitors, guests, and contractors Administrative Support Managing the local workplace inbox Stock control coordination Logging and managing helpdesk requests Supporting contractor management processes What you'll need to succeed Strong administrative skills Available immediately Previous experience in a reception or front‑of‑house role Someone who can pick up processes quickly and operate confidently with minimal supervision What you'll get in return This role is initially for two weeks but may get extended depending on business needs and performance. You will work 37.5 hours per week, Monday-Friday 9AM-5PM. I can confirm parking is available and the campus is easily accessible via local transport links.
