These ad-hoc and day-to-day positions offer the perfect mix of flexibility and variety — ideal if you enjoy working in different settings or want to gain more classroom experience without the commitment of a long-term role. What You’ll Do Support teachers and pupils in classrooms across different year groups Provide 1:1 or small group support to help pupils reach their potential Assist with classroom organisation, lesson preparation, and activities Support children with additional or special educational needs (SEN) Step in for short-term cover — no two days are the same!
