What you will do
* Carry out initial assessments for families and children referred to the Duty and Assessment Team.
* Develop and implement care plans tailored to the needs of children and families.
* Work collaboratively with partner agencies to safeguard and promote the welfare of children.
* Provide guidance and support to junior social workers within the team.
* Maintain accurate and detailed case records in accordance with statutory requirements.
* Participate in multi-agency meetings and contribute to child protection investigations and conferences.
