We are recruiting for an Administrator to support the compliance and administrative duties alongside the Human Resources Manager, working to support the business.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone to join a team within a friendly, family and passionate organisation.
The role is office based at our Chalkwell Road site, 1 day per week and can be 2 x half days (No Weekends) on a Fixed Term Contract (likely to be up to the 15th December 2025).
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
· Scanning and uploading of documentation
· Shredding confidential documentation
· Ensure all right to work checks take place for all new colleagues and temporary agency colleagues
· Supporting with ensuring our internal systems are maintained and up to date
· Compilation of documentation packs
·· General office administration and assisting with the day to day functions and duties
· Any other administrative tasks assigned
Personal Specification:
* Good understanding of GDPR and confidentiality
* Excellent attention to detail
* Must be someone focused and accuracy driven
* With an ability to multi task, prioritise and meet deadlines
* 'Can do' attitude
* Confident in communicating both verbally and in writing
* GCSE grade 5 / C or equivalent in English
* Computer Literate with good knowledge of Microsoft packages
This is a Fixed Term Contract but may be extended depending upon the needs of the business.
