£12.21 per hour | Start Date: January
Mon-Thurs 08:00-16:00 | Friday 08:00-13:00 (early finish!)
We are looking for a reliable and hardworking General Operative to join our team in Birmingham this January. This hands-on role supports daily production and assembly tasks to ensure our products are manufactured to a consistently high standard.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with manufacturing, assembly, and general production duties
Operate tools and equipment safely
Maintain a clean, tidy, and organised work environment
Follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team to meet targets
Requirements:
Previous experience in a similar hands-on or production role
Strong attention to detail and efficient working style
Good reliability, teamwork, and a strong work ethic
