Overall purpose of the job:
* Support the Group Marketing Manager to implement the Corporate Marketing Strategy, deliver agreed marketing activities and build the Anpario corporate brand.
* Responsible for carrying out tasks which support various targeted marketing campaigns, assets/materials to promote Anpario flagship products through relevant sales and marketing channels both on and offline.
* Assist in delivering engaging and focused campaigns and events across different regions, species, and product categories through a variety of digital and traditional marketing activities.
* Assist in creating enaging written communications and content for marketing assets both on and offline.
GENERAL DESCRIPTION – TASK RELATED
Marketing Support
* Be a key marketing contact for regional teams, working closely with the Group Marketing Manager, Sales teams, Marketing Exec, Marketing Designer and Corporate Development Director.
* Work with the Group Marketing Manager to create and implement relevant marketing campaigns in line with marketing strategy, plan, objectives, and budget.
* Working across the full marketing mix to assist with the creation and proofing of marketing assets for Corporate and E-Commerce including brochures, magazine/website adverts, email campaigns, social media posts, video and web content, and campaign landing page development.
* Assist with content and written communications output, internally and externally in collaboration with the wider Marketing and Technical Teams, including loading to online email marketing platform and sending to targeted lists.
* Work with the Marketing Designer to support with the creation of all artwork to meet campaign requirements, in line with design and brand guidelines, including traditional, digital, and online assets.
* Support with events, such as conferences, seminars and exhibitions in collaboration with the Group Marketing Manager.
* Support and manage social media campaigns and strategy for both owned and paid for across multi-platforms including Linkedin, Facebook, Twitter, X.
* Assist in production and analysis of key marketing KPI's e.g. google analytics and social media stats to support organic sales growth.
* Support and manage CMS systems, maintaining the website including landing page development.
* Accountable for the administration of documents and content including translations, document controlling, and upload to the company asset management platform.
* Contribute to PR and advertising output in collaboration with the Group Marketing Manager, Product Managers and Sales leads, including loading onto online email marketing platform and sending to targeted lists.
General Responsibilities
* Raise POs as necessary and in-line with company policy.
* Purchasing and managing the stocks of branded promotional items and clothing.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Qualified to degree level. Marketing Communications: Digital Marketing or Science degree would be advantageous.

* Experience working in Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Canva essential.
* Experience managing social media management systems and platforms essential.
* Experience writing copy, developing marketing messaging desirable
* Any work experience related to the agricultural livestock industry would advantageous
Salary : £28,000 - £34,000 (Depending on qualification and experience)

The role is a mixture of office based (Manton Wood site) and hybrid working.
