Location: Princess of Wales Hospital, Coity Road, Bridgend, CF31 1RQ
Contract: Permanent, Full-time (37.5 hours/week, shifts including days and nights)
Salary: £30,420 - £37,030 per annum, Grade (Band 5)

Role Overview
We are expanding our team of registered nurses on Ward 4, which cares for cardiology, diabetes, and endocrine patients requiring high-level care. We value your development and offer opportunities for advanced training, including courses at the University of South Wales, and support flexible working arrangements for a healthy work-life balance.
Initial training will cover skills such as cannulation, phlebotomy, male catheterisation, POC testing, blood transfusion, medicines management, and IV drug administration. You will work with experienced mentors to prepare for nursing level 5 responsibilities in high care bays.
Requirements
* UK NMC registered
* Post-registration experience as a Registered Nurse
Desirable skills include cardiology/endocrine experience, ALS provider status, and postgraduate qualifications.
Additional Information
Welsh language skills are desirable but not essential. The role offers a supportive environment with a focus on excellent patient outcomes and staff development.
