The Role: As Head Nurse, you will play a key role in shaping and supporting a positive working environment. You’ll lead by example in delivering outstanding clinical care, support the development of RVNs, student nurses and VCAs, and ensure high standards are upheld across the board. Your ability to lead with clarity, inspire confidence, and foster a culture of continuous improvement will be essential.
