About the Role
Medlock Partner are partnering with a Manchester-based Financial Services business, looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Partner to join them on a 16-month fixed-term contract. This is a delivery-focused role, supporting fast-paced, business-critical hiring across a broad range of teams.
The successful candidate will take ownership of the full recruitment process—using direct sourcing, referrals, and agency support where needed—to find and secure the highest quality talent. The roles span investment, risk, technology, compliance, and operations, so experience in financial services, investment management, or capital markets is preferable.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage vacancies from brief to offer, ensuring timely delivery
* Build and manage strong talent pipelines across multiple sourcing channels
* Partner with stakeholders at all levels, providing credible, practical advice and guidance
* Support and/or lead wider HR, people, and talent initiatives such as process improvements, diversity hiring, early careers, EVP, and candidate onboarding projects
Ideal Candidate Profile
Someone who is hands-on, commercially minded, confident working in a fast-moving, complex environment. Delivery-driven, stakeholder management skills, and passion for recruiting are essential.
