As a UX Content Designer you will help to make George.com digital services easier for customers to use and understand, ensuring that content is served at the right time and in the right way. Working collaboratively with Ecommerce, Product and Technology functions you will
Responsibilities
* Create usable, intuitive experiences across both web
* Write microcopy and communications for both customers and colleagues
* Use various testing methodologies to identify areas of opportunity
* Understand complex briefs and craft simple and easy to understand solutions via sketches, wireframes and prototypes
* Work horizontally across multiple teams
* Seek to improve processes and ways of working – spotting opportunities for collaboration and creating efficiencies for colleagues and customers
* Promote best practices to improve consistency and efficiency
Qualifications
* Experience in UX Content Design, UX Architecture, Content Writer or similar
* Experience in Figma/Sketch/InVision
* Copywriting skills and experience essential
* Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
* Confident in project scoping and planning, as well as hands-on execution of testing/research methodologies
* A flexible, confident and tenacious attitude with strong influencing skills
