Ideal if you:

* Understand how art supports gameplay, not just aesthetics
* Enjoy rapid iteration and feedback loops
* Are comfortable working across in-game and marketing assets

3D Artists

You’ll:

* Build game-ready assets and environments
* Contribute to world-building across horror and sci-fi settings
* Optimise models for real-time performance
* Collaborate closely with developers and designers

Ideal if you:

* Understand the balance between visual quality and performance
* Think in terms of modular assets and reusable components
* Enjoy bringing atmosphere and mood into environments
* Are comfortable working closely with designers to support gameplay needs

3D Animators

You’ll:

* Create character, creature, and environmental animations
* Bring gameplay to life through movement and timing
* Collaborate with developers to ensure smooth implementation
* Help define animation style and feel

Ideal if you:

* Have a strong animation reel
* Understand gameplay-driven animation principles
* Can balance quality with performance constraints

Level Designers

You’ll:

* Design and build engaging, playable levels
* Shape player flow, pacing, and challenge
* Work with art and code to bring environments to life
* Iterate based on playtest feedback

Ideal if you:

* Understand player psychology and progression
