Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Nursery Nurse to join our team in providing high-quality care and education to young children. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with children and creating a nurturing environment for their development.
Duties
- Implementing daily routines and activities to support children's learning and development
- Communicating effectively with children, parents, and colleagues
- Providing a safe and stimulating environment for children to explore and learn
- Leading group activities and encouraging social interaction among children
- Managing individual care routines for children, including feeding, nappy changing, and nap times
Requirements
- Qualification in Early Childhood Education or equivalent
- Previous experience working with young children in a nursery setting
- Strong leadership skills to guide and support children effectively
- Ability to drive positive outcomes for children's learning and well-being
- Proficient in English language for effective communication with children, parents, and staff
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Apprenticeship, Zero hours contract
Pay: £7.50-£12.50 per hour
