Residential Conveyancer - Chatham
Level: 3+ PQE • Contract: Full-time, Permanent • Salary: Competitive, DOE
The Role
Work will include:
* Freehold & leasehold sales/purchases
* Re-mortgages, transfers of equity, and refinancing
* Help to Buy and shared ownership matters
* Title checks, searches, and enquiries
* Landlord/tenant relations, lease renewals, deeds of surrender
* Acquisitions and sales of businesses
Candidate Requirements
* Solcitor or Licensed Conveyancer with 3+ PQE
* Able to manage files independently from start to finish
* Excellent communication and approachable client care
* Well-organised and proactive in a busy environment
