Qualifications
Essential criteria
1. Evidence of continuing professional development

2. Educated to degree level in relevant discipline or equivalent qualification or experience.
3. Registered Healthcare Professional
Experience
Essential criteria
4. Experience of dealing with the general public, patients, carers and health professionals on customer service issues and/or patient and carer experience.
5. Experience of handling difficult and distressing situations
6. Experience of dealing with a variety of professionals and staff, both internal and external to the organisation.
