The Role

The pupil in question, a female Year 3 student, is a lover of Art and English, however she displays disruptive (non-violent) behaviour within class when triggered, so as her 1:1 Learning Support Assistant you will be required to support her, and help offer stability in class to ensure the environment around her is as engaging as possible! Work alongside the SENCo to plan and prepare engaging, fun sessions, and help this particular student to integrate, develop her social skills, and of course her academic levels.
