Performance Marketing Manager
Salary: £65,000 - £75,000 per annum
Location: London - Hybrid
We’re looking for a hands-on, data-driven Performance Marketing Manager to help scale customer growth — while keeping a sharp focus on efficiency and ROI.
This role blends strategy with execution. You’ll work closely with a collaborative team, using data, automation, and AI to drive measurable performance at scale.
What you’ll be doing:
🎯 Performance Marketing Strategy & Execution
* Own and execute campaigns across Paid Social (especially Meta), Paid Search, PMax, and other key channels
* Continuously optimise creatives, targeting, and user journeys through structured testing and experimentation
* Deliver acquisition initiatives that balance short-term performance with long-term growth
📊 Data & Insights
* Ensure robust tracking and reporting across all campaigns
* Turn performance data into clear, actionable insights that drive decision-making
👥 Team & Partner Management
* Lead and develop a small team, driving high standards and accountability
* Manage agencies and external partners to ensure strong performance against KPIs
⚙️ Marketing Tech & Automation
* Build and optimise workflows using tools like HubSpot and Zapier
* Leverage AI and automation to improve speed, scale, and effectiveness
🤝 Cross-Functional Collaboration
* Partner with Brand, Product, Sales, Data, and Compliance teams to deliver aligned campaigns
* Contribute to go-to-market plans and integrate performance with broader marketing strategy
What we’re looking for:
* 4+ years of hands-on experience scaling performance marketing campaigns (Meta focus preferred)
* Experience managing budgets up to £400K
* Strong track record of running structured test-and-learn programmes (creative + journey testing)
* Solid analytical skills (Excel, analytics tools) and understanding of attribution and tracking
* Experience with HubSpot, Zapier, and no-code tools
* Previous experience managing team members and external partners
