Client: A small but growing private physiotherapy practice offering community-based MSK and rehabilitation services across South West London.
About the Role
We are working with a growing private physiotherapy provider delivering high-quality community MSK and rehabilitation services across South West London. Due to ongoing expansion, our client is seeking dedicated Physiotherapists at Band 5/6 level and an experienced Clinical Lead (Band 7) to join their friendly, patient-focused team.
This is a community-based position, providing a varied caseload including elderly rehabilitation, general MSK conditions, and occasional sports injuries. You’ll also spend one day per week based in a care facility, providing on-site physiotherapy and supporting residents’ mobility and recovery goals.
All travel costs are fully covered by the company, and you’ll be supported by a collaborative multidisciplinary team that values autonomy, quality care, and professional development.
Key Responsibilities

Provide high-quality, evidence-based assessment and treatment for patients in the community.

Manage a varied caseload, including elderly patients, post-operative rehab, and musculoskeletal injuries.

Work collaboratively with GPs, carers, and other healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care.

Document clinical notes accurately in line with professional standards.
*
Contribute to service development and support team training (Band 7).
*
Supervise and mentor junior team members (Band 7).
*
Participate in audits and quality improvement initiatives.
Requirements
*
HCPC registration as a Physiotherapist (essential).
*
Relevant degree in Physiotherapy.
*
Previous experience in MSK and/or community rehabilitation (essential).
*
Full UK driving licence and access to own vehicle (essential).
*
Excellent communication, organisational, and clinical reasoning skills.
*
Leadership or supervisory experience (required for Band 7 role).
