The role You will begin as a Primary Teaching Assistant, working closely with teachers to support children's learning and classroom routines. Your role will include: Supporting phonics, early reading, writing, and maths activities Leading small group interventions and providing 1:1 support Assisting with behaviour management and creating a positive learning environment Helping with classroom organisation and day-to-day tasks Gradually delivering parts of lessons planned by the class teacher as your confidence growsThroughout the year, you'll be coached and mentored by experienced staff, developing essential primary teaching skills at a manageable pace.
