About the role
In this Commercial Litigation Solicitor position, you will handle a broad caseload involving disputes related to contracts, shareholder issues, and other complex commercial litigation matters, in addition to working on a 1:1 basis with the Head of Department. The role requires a proactive approach, excellent client management skills, and the ability to work efficiently within a busy environment. Your expertise will directly contribute to delivering high-quality legal services to the firm’s esteemed clients.
The Ideal Candidate
* Qualified Solicitor, exposure to Commercial Litigation, Civil Litigation, or Property Litigation is ideal
* Understanding of commercial dispute resolution and related legal processes
* Excellent communication and organisational skills
* Ability to manage a varied caseload
* Enthusiastic team player with a client-focused approach
