Future Electronics is seeking a Payroll Analyst to join our EMEA team at our headquarters in Egham, Surrey. The role involves providing high-quality, confidential analytical support within the EMEA Human Resources Team, analyzing and computing compensation data, making recommendations, and supporting HR activities across EMEA.

Key responsibilities include:
* Providing HR data reporting and analysis to support decision-making and strategic initiatives.
* Developing and maintaining reporting tools and dashboards for analytics and metrics.
* Troubleshooting data issues and ensuring data accuracy.
* Monitoring HR and reward metrics.
* Managing compensation data, benchmarking, and analytics for pay processes.
* Maintaining the EMEA compensation database and verifying payroll data.
* Preparing HR and compensation reports for strategic insights.
* Providing insights for business modeling and decision-making.
* Managing salary surveys and benchmarking data.
* Conducting confidential compensation research and analysis.
* Ensuring data accuracy in PeopleSoft and generating reports for leadership.
* Supporting presentations for the EMEA leadership team.
* Collaborating with departments to support initiatives using system and data insights.
* Supporting performance and productivity reporting through attendance and other metrics.
Candidate requirements:
* Degree educated with 5-10 years of data analysis experience in a commercial environment.
* Proactive, able to multitask, and work independently.
* Excellent communication and confidentiality skills.
* Strong literacy, numeracy, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
* Advanced IT skills, including Microsoft Access, PowerBI, Excel, Visual Basic, and SQL.
* Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
